We assume that You know what are iLOQ access rights and how to use them
Go to https://keys.livionkey.com
- Goto keys list by selecting “keys” from the left menu
- Search a key that is available in the LivionKey30 automat. You can filter by:
- Organizational unit: Will show keys only in the selected unit and its siblings
- Status: whether the key is available in automat or not
- Field device: Show only keys in the selected field device
- Free text search: If You know the key stamp, name or RFID string, this will find the key
- Click the checkbox in front of key
- Click handover key

Creating a Key contract
- Select which access rights you want to program to the key
- Add customer contact information
- Select when the key is available for the customer
- Select how to deliver pickup messages to customers: It's mandatory to select at least one
- Select terms and conditions the customer needs to agree to before getting Pincode. Terms and conditions visible here are defined in organizational units
- You can add some files to be stored with the contract
- Click the handover key.

💡 Start and end time here means when the user can fetch the key and when the key should be returned. The same will be programmed to key as well → S5 key does not open locks before or after these times.
