We assume that You know what are iLOQ access rights and how to use them

Go to https://keys.livionkey.com

1. Goto keys list by selecting “keys” from the left menu
2. Search a key that is available in the LivionKey30 automat. You can filter by:
   1. Organizational unit: Will show keys only in the selected unit and its siblings
   2. Status: whether the key is available in automat or not
   3. Field device: Show only keys in the selected field device
   4. Free text search: If You know the key stamp, name or RFID string, this will find the key
3. Click the checkbox in front of key
4. Click handover key

Creating a Key contract

1. Select which access rights you want to program to the key
2. Add customer contact information
3. Select when the key is available for the customer
4. Select how to deliver pickup messages to customers: It's mandatory to select at least one
5. Select terms and conditions the customer needs to agree to before getting Pincode. Terms and conditions visible here are defined in organizational units
6. You can add some files to be stored with the contract
7. Click the handover key.

<aside> 💡 Start and end time here means when the user can fetch the key and when the key should be returned. The same will be programmed to key as well → S5 key does not open locks before or after these times.
