This use case only gives access to some space for a limited time. Typically this means that some service person needs to access technical areas for maintenance or repair work. The LivionKey will reserve a locker for the key for the needed duration → The key return is expected to happen at the same automat.

Handover Key for temporary usage
The features below are not yet available, we are working hard to get these available as soon as possible.
A handover key permanently means that the contract created does not have an end date. This is typical when the key is handed over to residents.

When an end user needs to return an iLOQ S5 key, “Return a key” is the functionality to use. There are 2 separate cases possible:
The end customer will get an email/SMS where they will find information about where to return the key and which pin code to use.
